Excellent car parking, easy access to tram service, clean functional rooms, helpful staff, fantastic central location for sightseeing. I loved my stay at Best Hotel Montpellier Millenaire. The car parking facility was excellent and it was so convenient to have easy access to the tram service. The rooms were clean and functional, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The central location of the hotel made it so easy for me to explore and enjoy all the sights that Montpellier has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel.

On Saturday and Sunday the breakfast starts too late (at 9 A.M.). The same with the reception. Guests who leave early in the morning cannot have the breakfast, and have a problem to pay the hotel bill.

The length of the bed was 190 cm. I Prefer 200 cm because my length is 194 cm.

Free and easy parking. Buffet dinner and breakfast available, may vary on weekends and public holidays. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Spacious rooms and close to both city center and Mediterranean resorts. Convenient for a stopover on the way to Spain. Late night check-in was smooth with provided pin. Dog-friendly. Comfortable parking facility. Wide bedding. Brochures in the lobby for local activities.

The staff was quiet friendly and the internet service was good.
Most of the staff don't actually speak English, so there were several times that I had problems communication problems. Also the extra charges for breakfast or dinner seemed to me quiet high.

Room was adequate, bed comfortable. Very sombre and dark decor. Needs updating with light, bright decor.
Booked this hotel because of restaurant facility, however when we arrived we were told no restaurant on a Friday and Saturday evening. No mention of this on the internet when booking!!!

I loved the sunny terrace, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink as I surfed the internet with the free wifi. The hotel also had great facilities like express check-in and a restaurant.
Who needs hot water in the shower when the hotel is fully booked? I mean, it's not like a hotel should be able to provide that, right?

Low price, fairly close to tram lines.
Very very small room, and no food available in the evening.

The Best Hotel Montpellier Millenaire had a lovely and elegant decor, with beautiful furnishings and a cozy atmosphere. The general areas, such as the lobby and the common spaces, were well-maintained and provided a comfortable place to relax. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy access to the elevator and well-lit hallways.
The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation experience for senior people is more assistance from the staff. It would have been helpful if the children working there were more attentive and available to offer assistance or answer questions.

Staff tried really hard to make up for limited facilities: made call to warn me desk would be closed at 11pm, made me cold buffet dish when there were no kitchen facilities over the weekend. Free WiFi in room worked very well.

The staff at the hotel were extremely polite and helpful, making our stay a pleasant one. the bed in our room was really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day exploring the city. the hotel's location was great, with many trendy restaurants, shops, and a theater just a short walk away.
The room we stayed in was quite small, which was a bit disappointing. Although it didn't bother us too much as we were only staying for a short city trip, it may not be ideal for longer stays.

The guy working on the front desk was very helpful, gave us a map of city and directions on how to get to the centre. Hotel is a short walk to the tram which takes you into the centre of Montpellier! Also cinema, shopping centre and restaurants at tram stop too.
No lift, stayed in hotel in July and room was very warm, uncomfortable to sleep in couldn't leave aircon on as it was quiet noisey.
